Return Policy - The Claire Collection Boutique
Store Credit Only
All returns are eligible for store credit only.
Return Window
- Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be scanned by the mail carrier within 5 days of receiving your return label.
Conditions for Return
- Items must have original tags and show no signs of wear, damage, or alterations.
- Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued in the form of store credit, with the shipping cost deducted.
International Orders
- Returns or exchanges are not accepted for international orders.
- We are not responsible for any lost packages during international shipping. Once the order is scanned by the mail carrier, it is no longer our responsibility.
How to Make a Return:
- Ensure your item meets all return criteria listed above (note: sale items are non-returnable).
- Email theclairecollectionboutique@yahoo.com your order number and the reason for your return.
- We will send you a pre-paid return label (the cost will be deducted from your store credit).
- Once we receive the return, expect the process to be completed within 1-2 business days, and you will receive store credit via email.
